All our clients are provided with a simple fixed fee. There are no hidden costs or charges and site visits within a 15 mile radius are free. Discount Plans also acts as your agent free of charge, helping you from the start to finish of your project, making drawing copies, filling out application forms, taking site photos, writing out access & design statements council requirements, liaising with council staff by phone, email or fax, and updating any drawings for councils at short notice and, of course, at no extra charge.
