Though personal first hand knowledge of persons suffering from MS, we know that having reduced walking mobility such as having drop-foot restricts mobility and ability to access certain parts of the property such as the need to climb up or walking down stairs, even walking along sloped gradients that are not level can be extremely challenging for some. 

And such knowing that wheelchair users are restricted to only ground floor use due to stairs and inaccessible levelling, so the house is in need of a remodelling thought process to suit the needs for special living in the limited environment we are working with.
