LOFT CONVERSION DESIGNS
We have put together an array of example loft conversions for you to view as each house if its a 1930's or Victorian style has its own loft conversion designs achieved. All if not most designs fall under permitted development with an allowance of 40sqm3 for terraced and 50sqm3 for detached and semi. Permitted Development designs for loft conversions are not a legal requirement to obtain so most home owners choose to carry out the build without applying but registering with building control.

This method of loft design is to build up the side wall to create a gable wall, extending the ridge across to make a full width dormer makes this design a great investment to your home. New Achieved space for a large bedroom.

We have put together an array of example single storey side and rear extensions for you to view as each house if its a 1930's or Victorian style has its own styles achieved. All if not most designs fall under permitted development with an allowance of
3 meters for semi-detached and 4 meters for detached. Wraparounds and extensions further than 3m will require planning permission or applying using the prior neighbouring notification scheme which will have now been set indefinitely going out as far as 6 meters if the property is a terraced or semi-detached or if being a detached property 8 meters deep is allowed.
