There are so many different types of applications to choose from, that's why our experienced administration team will advise on what will be the best application to apply for based on your proposal to get you the results you need to start your project. 1. HOUSEHOLDERS PLANNING APPLICATION - 8 WEEKS AND £206 - RE-SUBMISSION FREE
(for design proposals that fall outside PD and are more complex but follow SPD guidance)
2. PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION - 8 WEEKS AND £103 - RE-SUBMISSION FREE
(all designs following Permitted development rules set out in guidance book below)
3. NEIGHBOURING CONSENT APPLICATION - 42 DAYS - £96 - THEN APPLY FOR PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT.
(proposal following PD rules, which are doubled in-depth - 3m to 6m semi / terraced & 4m to 8m for detached houses)
