PLANNING DESIGN PRICE PACKAGES
Planning drawings are detailed illustrations used to show how a proposed building or renovation project will look and fit within its surroundings. These drawings are essential when applying for planning permission from your local council or planning authority. They help decision-makers understand your plans and assess their suitability based on local guidelines.
Note that you will require Building Regulation Drawings when opting for any Planning Design Package, which will incur a separate fee to upgrade Planning Drawings to Building Regulation Drawings.
BUILDING REGULATION DESIGN
PRICE PACKAGES
Building regulation drawings are detailed plans and specifications used to ensure that a construction project complies with the legal standards for safety, health, and energy efficiency. These standards are outlined in the Building Regulations, which apply to most construction projects in the UK.
Note that you will require Structural Calculations based on steel-work design. If you have any steels designed within your scope of work, this will incur a separate fee to the engineer.

Sometimes, the Planning Department might need a bit more information regarding your property’s unique situation, especially if it’s located in a flood zone or if you need things like a fire strategy statement, floor risk reports, or sUDS. Here’s a helpful list of estimated prices for third-party fees that could come up based on your specific needs.
LONDON BUILDING CONTROL - (LBC) We use only the best inspectors to oversee our projects, LBC include unlimited site visits for inspections and offer a first-class service for advice on building methods. Prompt call out visits and final certificate warranted on each project. We can help you with the submission process if needed.

DRAINAGE DESIGN - Drainage design is based on a survey of the existing to produce proposed layouts for approval by Thames Water for all Build Over Agreement Applications.
Drainage Design - £100+VAT
THAMES WATER - (TW) Thames water will get involved if you are proposing to build over or build within 3 meters of a public sewer. Apply for an application to receive drainage maps.
