Our client approached us for a design of a single story rear extension and refurbishment of her dated two-bedroom flat located in Winchmore Hill, we helped her get plans drawn up for a modern extension design which was going to put value on this property as the property was located in a sort after location and flats sold quite quickly when put on the market. After weeks of battling it out with the planners, we finally got an approved extension that passed all planning areas. The client was over the moon and needed then a builder to start and take on this kind of project.
